Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We offer a $9.95 flat-rate shipping Australia-wide, and free shipping for orders over $100. 

We use Sendle and Australia Post to ship our packages. All packages are sent via a regular service. If you require express post, please contact us at hello@everydaywonders.com.au or submit your request via our Contact Us form.

All products will be dispatched within two to five days of your payment being received, unless otherwise stated (eg pre-orders). Our product prices displayed do not include shipping costs. Shipping charges, where applicable, will be added to your order once your shipping details have been entered at the checkout page.

As we use third-party providers, such as Sendle, for our shipping, we are unable to guarantee the exact delivery date. If you need a product by a certain date, please email us and let us know and we will do our utmost to get it to you on time.

Please ensure you enter your details correctly and double check your address, including post code. Parcels that are returned due to incorrect addresses will incur a postage fee of up to 100% of the original purchase.

International shipping

At the moment, we are unable to accept orders from outside Australia. We are working to open our products up to international customers as soon as possible. If you are interested in a larger order for international shipping, please get in touch with us to explore options.

Packaging

The utmost care is taken in packing orders. All items are carefully prepared using eco-friendly, sustainable packaging. This may include a rigid kraft board wrap, tissue paper and eco-wrapping, where required, and either a 100% compostable satchel or recyclable box.

Returns

Cancellations

Cancellations will incur a fee of up to 100% once an order has been placed.

Refunds, exchanges and faulty items

Please contact us at hello@everydaywonders.com.au to let us know if your order is faulty, damaged or if there are items missing, within 48 hours of your delivery being received. If your package contains a faulty or damaged item, we ask that you please send a photograph and/or send back the item.

We will happily refund or exchange your product immediately if a faulty or damaged product has slipped through our high levels of quality control. Once we have received your photo or returned product, and inspected it, we will notify you via email about the next steps. If your refund is approved, that will be processed via your original method of payment within two to five days.

Unfortunately, we do not exchange or refund products if you have changed your mind or there is no fault or damage with the physical item.
